This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo faces directly over the ocean with breath taking views. It includes a fully equipped kitchen furnished with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, granite counter tops, and central heat and air. The living room features beautiful modern furniture and a private oceanfront balcony with seating. Other amenities include ceiling fans, WIFI, telephone, DVD, and CD player. The common area includes a swimming pool, gazebo, grills, and 2 elevators. NO TRAILERS are allowed at the complex. This condo does not allow pets or smoking. ** REFUNDABLE $35 Per Chip For Door Entry REQUIRED at Check-In. LIMIT 2 PER CONDO ** This complex does not allow pets or smoking. We enjoyed our stay and the location was wonderful, but a condo that has 3 BR and 3 Baths should allow more than 1 parking pass. Although we really liked the place, we probably will not stay there again due to the lack of parking.
