Gulf Stream Villas is located 2.2 Miles south of the Garden City Pier. A beautiful quiet area, this luxurious town house includes all of the amenities you will ever need for the perfect vacation on the Carolina Coast. The kitchen is very modern and up to date with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and ample cabinet space. Every bedroom is decorated in a lovely and soothing theme, perfect for your relaxed vacation of a lifetime. The covered back porch offers a beautiful view of the ocean front pool and the glorious coastline. From the covered porch you have easy access to the pool or the beach. This town home does not allow smoking and does not allow pets. Check out maid service is included after your departure. Complete Linen and Bath Package Available for $100. Sheets and Pillowcases Only Package Available for $48.

Althought the portable air conditioner, kept the upstairs bed room cool, it was noisey and I had to empty the water tank every few hours. At night I had to get up and empty it. Also, during a storm, the wind whisted loudly because the window can be closed becaused of the portable air conditioer.

I really like the layout of the property inside and out. With 4 BR & 4 B seperated on 3 levels everyone had their own bit of privacy. Never knew we had neighbors except in passing or at the pool. The grassy court yard out back gives you room to stetch and congragate. The pool (30 sec walk) and beach (60 sec walk) from the back door. Loved the convenience with a 7 & 10 yr old going back and forth. Inside everything looked neat and tidy but still felt like I needed to do a little sanitary cleaning on the bathrooms and floors, but maybe that's just my personal preference...up stairs Mbedroom had to keep a vidual on with empting the dehumidifier but all in all had a great time!
