Confusion is a 2nd row house in Garden City Beach. It has 4 bedrooms 2 baths with easy access to the beach. Enjoy the warm summer breeze out on the screened-in porch, which features several rockers and an exceptional view! The living room features a nautical theme, hardwood floors, plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a flat screen color cable television. The large kitchen table has enough room for 8 or more to seat your entire family. All bedrooms come equipped with a flat screen television and ceiling fans. There is also a side screened in porch that holds a picnic table, sink, and an ocean view. Under the house there is an enclosed outdoor shower and extra parking. Confusion sits on a convenient corner lot, which is right across the street to a direct beach access! No smoking and no pets allowed. Check out maid service and linen included.

The property is in a great location, especially for the beach. If it was really hot weather the air condintioner would not have cool well. The lights in the bathrooms were very poor. Ceciling fans need some attention in the bedrooms. Great location and good parking.

Right across the street from the beach. Perfect location. Only problem we had was the hall bathroom door did not lock and we had several of my daughters friends with us so we were concerned that they would walk in on each other.. Ceiling in the kitchen leaked when we had very heavy rains... Had to mop that area four or five times. Other than that is was great and we most probably will stay in confusion again...

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit had not been inspected very well if at all. One bed and a night stand were broken. The bathroom cabinet was dirty (used condom laying in the cabinet). There were crackers between the mattress and box springs in one bedroom. The silverware tray was dirty with crumbs all in the container and I had to wash it. There was some other damage to the unit as well that can easily be fixed. We liked the house but the unit was not clean.
