The Condo: The condo is at the front or west of the building, overlooking the highway with a spectacular view of the Bahia de Banderas (Bay of Flags). It is about 950 square feet. The entrance door from the building atrium / elevator area opens into the kitchen. The next room is a dining area / living room. To the left is a short hallway connecting two bedrooms. There is a bathroom off the hallway, and one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. There is an inflatable mattress in one of the closets which can easily be placed in the living room. Pillows, linen (for both beds and for the inflatable mattress) are provided. Small quantities of bath soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are typically left for tenants.
Kitchen: There is a full kitchen, including refrigerator, oven, stove, micro-wave, sink, and coun ter. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, flatware, and dishes. There is a dining room table with seating for four.
Living Room: There is an older television with a cable link; most of the stations are in Spanish. The service does include CNN and Headline News. There is a sofa and two sofa chairs and a coffee table.
Back Bedroom: The back bedroom has a queen size bed, a large closet, and a private bathroom (sink, toilet, shower).
Front Bedroom: The front bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet, a sliding door on the balcony, and easy access to the bathroom off the hallway (sink, toilet, shower).
Balcony: The balcony has two reclining chairs, a small table, and a spectacular view o f the Bay of Flags and the City of Puerto Vallarta.
Internet: The unit has access to WiFi. Instructions and password are available upon request.
Safe: There is a small safe in the condo. The combination is available upon request.
Air Conditioning: The condo has air conditioning. There is also an electric fan.
Keys: A complete set of keys consists of three keys – one each for the street level building entrance on the highway, the rear entrance to the building on the 6th floor, and the condo. There is no electronic security in the building.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping, which includes laundering linen and towels, is included in the r ent one time each week. The housekeeper is employed by the property management firm.
Access to the Community:Bars, restaurants and stores are about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The gay beach and other beaches are about an 8 to 12 minute walk. The closest urban neighborhood is the Romance District of South Puerto Vallarta. Walking on the highway is not recommended; instead, tenants are encouraged to walk down the pedestrian stairway directly across the highway from Perlas de las Lomas, turn right at the street (Calle Santa Barbara), and walk north to the Romance District.
