3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Homes. Sleeps 6 in Comfort. Easygoing Living on the Water.

Located directly on Penobscot Bay, this roomy house is the perfect summer getaway. Located on a private lane, there is plenty of room in the house to relax, and plenty of room outside to play. Three bedrooms (two masters, one children's with a trundle), two large bathrooms,each with claw foot tub and shower, two spacious decks overlooking the water, one with large propane grill. Modern kitchen. Wi-Fi, Bluray,cable. 10 minute walk to Belfast City Park, with tennis courts, outdoor pool, playground, snack-bar, and other amenities. One mile to charming downtown Belfast. This house has water views from almost every angle! It is a house you can have fun in with your family.

Friendly dogs considered. Available between June 15-August 10. 2 week minimum, month long rentals get a discount.

The owner and her family enjoy Maine and all it has to offer. This is a child friendly and dog friendly house! We so love watching the sailboats sail by and our resident Bald Eagle soar through the skies. Belfast is a wonderful community and we hope you will come and visit!

What makes this house unique

We love eating at the picnic table inches from the water,we love finding seaglass right on our beach, we love walking along the beach to Belfast City Park to enjoy an ice cream cone and a game of tennis, or a cool refreshing swim in the public outdoor pool. We love settling down for a nice long read of one of the books from our extensive collection.. We love it all, and we know you will too!
