Extra parking spaces for boat trailers, etc. Fabulous living area! Living area flows into kitchen area. Living area and kitchen with bedrooms and baths down the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen Bedroom #2 Bedroom #1 Downstairs area for kids/extra guests! Frig, Sink, TV & another bath! Perfect! Play some games, watch TV or just relax! Downstairs area has its own outdoor access! Head right out to the lake! Fabulous outdoor covered patio with BBQ grill! Great views of Lake LBJ! And another uncovered patio for sunbathing or star gazing at night! Path from property to lake/boat slip. Path from the upper deck. Check out the awesome view of the lake from up there! View of the house from the path! Great boat slip with fishing pier and chairs to sit down by the water's edge! Fabulous lake views! Sit and watch the boats go by. Or throw out a line & fish!
