They say that the magic begins when you first step into Disney, but the magic really begins when you step into this beautiful villa with the two Disney themed rooms (Minnie Mouse & buzzlightyear) . This beautiful villa is furnished to the highest standard. The villa is just 10 minutes from Disney and just 10-20 minutes form universal studios, sea world, wet & wild, aquatics and international drive etca and just 5 minutes from the nearest golf course making this home ideal for families and golfers.

The villa is set in a very peaceful community for those quieter days when you just want to relax by the pool. The villa has easy access to all amenities and excellent restaurants for eating out.

About Jacqui warnock

Hi we are the Warnock family and We purchased this property in 2004 and have had wonderful holidays with our children and families. Our children were just 4 and 8 when we got it and so we went to the villa every Christmas until last year and it was so magical for them. We always went to magic kingdom on Christmas Eve and it will be memories that my children and us will have for the rest of our lives. I manage all the bookings myself and we have a management company which we have been with for 5 years and are excellent and are on call 24/7.

We chose this property because we wanted a villa close to theme parks and shopping etc but we also wanted somewhere quiet and home from home to relax in as well, so this villa and area covered all our needs

What makes this villa unique

When we first came to look at this development there was only one show house which we looked around and fell in love with. We then picked our plot and the work started within a few months. We were sent pictures of each stage of the building work and we came out to see the villa when it was mid construction. We add items to the villa each time we come out and are very proud of it

Located just 10 mins from Disney world in one of Florida's exclusive communities :- Westbury with the newly opened Posner Park retail development just one mile away. Also just 15 minute drive from the new Legoland.

The state of Florida rightly known as the sunshine state with approximately 9 hours of sunshine a day in summer and 7 hours in winter. It has something for everyone from the theme parks to the beaches on the Atlantic and gulf coasts and quaint historical towns and cities. Sports enthusiasts are well catered for with numerous golf courses within easy reach. The Amway Centre in Downtown Orlando is the home of Orlando Magic basketball team and is also an excellent concert venue. If you want to chill on the powdery white sand Clear-water beach is a must. Clear-water is also home to deep sea fishing charters and all the water sports you could ever imagine.

A magical stay

We couldn't believe our eyes when we opened the front door
We really couldn't ask for anything more
On rainy days we played in the indoor pool
And on the hot sunny days we were splashing in the pool

The mums couldn't believe the size of the washing machine
And we all think it is the best garage we have ever seen
We love all the furniture that you have in your villa
From the comfy sofas to the buzzlightyear pillows

It's nearly time for us to end our stay
Where we will have to fly back to the UK
We would love to stay another day
But we will retune if we may
