3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bathroom Town Home Directly On The Bay

Our home in King's Grant has been a summer home to our children for years. Our newly painted home has an open floor plan on the lower level. The kitchen, den, family room and dining room are all located on the first floor. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the family room for additional sleeping.

Our kitchen is fully-stocked (if you should decide to cook while on vacation)! Delaware, and its neighboring Ocean City, MD, is home to many wonderful restaurants serving fresh, local seafood, fresh caught crabs, and many other cuisines.

We have a screened-in porch off the lower level family room that overlooks the bay. The sunsets are, by far, the best in Delaware!

A quiet den located on the first floor (in the front of the house) is a nice respite to curl up with a good book or watch t.v.

The second level is home to the master king bedroom with it's own private porch overlooking Assawoman Bay. The master bath has a double sink and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is also located on this floor and is comprised of two twin beds. This bedroom has a full bathroom.

The third level has a wonderful view of the bay, contains a queen size bed and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

King's Grant has its own private pool that is used by owners and guests of King's Grant. It is a large, clean and typically quiet pool complete with his and hers bathrooms, chaise lounges, and tables with umbrellas. The pool is located right on the bay. It doesn't get much better than this!

One of my kids' favorite things to do is to catch fish and crabs off the King's Grant pier. During low tide, you might even be able to catch a clam or two! It's a great place to relax and enjoy the view!

The best part of Fenwick Island is its pristine beaches and King's Grant is no exception! A short walk across the street leads you to your own private beach. A fresh water shower is located at the entrance to the beach for your convenience.
