One of the best single-family home locations at Sunday River within walking distance to South Ridge and the Chondola, Barker’s high speed quad and Roadrunner trail to White Cap. Watch the fireworks from your deck.

Walk or trolley to restaurants and all the nightlife.

This open-floor plan, 4+loft bedroom home has two full baths: one on the main floor and one on the second floor with washer/dryer, wood fireplace, finished basement with bar and playroom with large flat screen, game tables and large entry mudroom to accommodate ski boots, skis and snow shoes, plus wood storage.

Carefree maintenance services provided include auto fuel delivery, and auto driveway plowing and roof snow removal. The only circular driveway in Viking Village provides easy in/out and parking for three cars

About The Owner

We've been at Sunday River for 15 years. Skied as guests, ski pros and Ambassadors for the mountain. Taught all our kids to ski and board here. Now waiting for the grandkids to hit the slopes. There's no place like Sunday River for families and no better location than Viking Village!
