Beach House getaway with spectacular unobstructed bay views of back bays of Brigantine island. Perfect for birdwatchers from rear deck of over 15 species of birds with views of wildlife preserve on North end of Island. Directly across the street from Golf Course Clubhouse. For families with children-walk to playground, and kayak, canoe, fish or crab from backyard. Located on quiet street that is walkable or drivable to beach, approximately 1/2 mile away. 5 Minute drive to all the action of Atlantic City casinos, shopping and great restaurants. 2 story home has lower bedroom with private bath, fine furnishings and art with queen bed and flat screen TV. Spare upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids with two beds, one with trundle (sleeps 3). Master bedroom has king sized bed with Tempurpedic mattress, fine furnishings and flat screen TV with DVD player and MP3 player with sound system. Upper floor second full bath. Most rooms have bay views. Nice sized yard for outdoor play and barbecues, large rear deck. Front circular driveway that can park up to four cars. Sunset watchers paradise!
