Great Location, Great Home

My family (Myself, my wife and three children ages 9,11 and 13) stayed at this villa for 21 days during christmas / new years of 2012. The location cannot be beat, only one block from a walk through gate that puts you right at a little supermarket and onto "resturant row" where some of the best dining in Cabo is. The house was comfortable and well appointed for the cost and we felt not only at home here but, safe and I did not feel that I had to be a security guard. Anytime there were (minor) issues, the ESSV person or property manager responded and rectified within 24 hours. The only items I would like to see improved would be the outdoor patio / pool area: the tiles are badly corroded and difficult to navigate (even prior to happy hour) and the pool is unheated and quite cold (even for a Canadian). These are both minor in nature and I would happily stay here again and again and hold onto many fond memories and look for wards to returning in the near future.
