5 Bedrooms, 3.1 Baths, Additional Kids Family Room, Beautiful Views

This house was just totally renovated. All bathrooms are new, kitchen and floors. The house was designer decorated and is ideal for big groups. 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms each with queen beds, 2 bunk rooms (one with a standard bunk bed, the other with a bunk bed and a full bed). The house sleeps 12. Two family rooms, one ideal for the kids to enjoy with a foosball table! Mudroom and laundry!
About Owner/Property Manager

Our family has skiied Stratton for years and has had a home there for years. I studied interior design at New York School of Interior design and my last two projects have been renovating houses at Strattron. Everything in this house and just been renovated. New roof, heating system, new kitchen, bathrooms, furnishing etc. It has been a labor of love.

Stratton offers something in every season. In the winter enjoy skiing at Stratton Mountain or Bromley Mountain (which is 10 minutes away). Excellent children's ski programs available. Other winter activities include tubing, sledding, snow shoeing, ice skating, and snowmobiling.

In the Summer take advantage of Stratton Mountains amazing golf school, tennis programs, and children's camps. There are endless places to hike, kayak, paddle board, and swim. Bromely Adventure Park offers fun for the whole family including alpine slides, miniature golf, and a water slide. ATV tours are available at the Stratton Mountain Activity Hub.

For those who like to shop there are many options. Antique stores are scattered all over the area. Manchester is located 18 minutes away and is home to a number of designer outlets.

There is truly something for everyone!

Wonderful Ski House

Our family enjoyed our stay and your home immensely. The house was in excellent condition and very well appointed. The kitchen and dining area were particularly impressive and perfect for a family meal after a day on thhe slopes. Mudroom and 2 door garage left plenty of room for storage and to The kids enjoyed the basement playroom, while the adults relaxed by the fireplace. Great views and great proximity to the mountain. Kim was very helpful and we look forward to staying again next season. Thanks for your hospitality. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great cozy house, close to mountain, well managed

The house was extremely clean and cozy, even better than the pictures portray. It's within a ten minute drive of stratton mountain, a gas station, and a mini supermarket. We had a great time on the mountain and also went snowmobiling (about half an hour away). Kim was very easy to deal with and accomodating, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
