We are renting our lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath La Quinta home with a beautiful heated private pool and rock waterfall. The house is immaculate, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. The house comfortably sleeps 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms: Master - King, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds, and a pull out queen couch in the living room. The master bedroom is very spacious with TV, a walk-in closet, large bathroom, double sinks and a roomy sunken-in tub. Bedroom 2 has the queen bed, TV, bay window with seating and spacious mirrored closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds (great for kids) and spacious mirrored closet. All linens are provided for the bedding and bath, including pool towels. The 2nd bath is a 3/4 bath with shower located in the hallway between the bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counters, a table for eating and is equipped with everything: coffeemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, barware, cooking utensils, etc. There is a den just off the kitchen that leads to the backyard and pool. The den has a flat screen TV and comfortable couch and chairs. There is a large open living room and dining room with a fireplace. The backyard has an island built-in BBQ, plenty of seating for eating or bathing, a palapa and pergola for shaded entertaining and a beautiful pool to enjoy. The pool is saltwater and heated and has a rock waterfall that can be turned on with a switch. The landscaping includes a beautiful rose garden and a lemon tree with endless fruit. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a 2-car garage, stocked with pool toys for the kids. The home is located in a private gated community and is ideal for families, couples and friends. The home is pet and smoke-free. Old Town La Quinta is just down the street for shopping, dining, farmer's market etc. and all major stores such as Target, Ralph's and Trader Joe's are conveniently located up the street.
