My husband and I have been vacationing in the Rotonda area for the past 7years. We are drawn to this peaceful community and its close proximity to all the outdoor activities we enjoy. This year (2013) we were fortunate to stay in Ron and Tammie’s lovely villa for one week. We didn’t have a single problem and found the owners to be responsive and caring during all our communications with them. The home really lives up to the expectations created in the VRBO description and photos. One of the most important considerations when choosing a rental villa is our need for a quiet and private setting. As we sat on the lanai of this home, we felt like we were in a nature preserve, with daily visits from birds, rabbits and a special turtle. We were thrilled with the new bikes and the beach chairs that were actually usable. (We have rented places where this turned out not to be the case.) Tammie and Ron have provided everything you could possibly want to be comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we walked through the front door into the beautifully decorated family room. Although we both have busy work schedules, we are coming back next year and a week is not enough!
