Seriously -- this is the one you want. Direct oceanfront upper-floor condominium with spectacular views. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, almost 1,400 square feet of luxurious living space, and a fantastic oceanfront balcony.

Elizabeth and I are individual owners -- not a management company -- and you will love staying at our Cinnamon Beach condominium. Give us a try! We can provide custom quotes for any length stay.

Our direct oceanfront, fifth-floor Cinnamon Beach condominium is a new, beautifully decorated, oceanfront apartment condominium that overlooks the Atlantic, miles of beach, and provides nearby access to the intracoastal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting.

Located on the fifth floor, this single-level, center unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides almost 1,400 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the sliding glass door to the balcony.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and is well-equipped with everything you need to make meals and beverages for everyone. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views.

The dining room is ready for candlelight dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a large-screen HDTV.

The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and NeoTV (Netflix, Hulu+, Pandora Radio, and more). The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, with a shared bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen-size bed and dresser. The other bedroom has a set of twin beds and dresser. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The huge thirty-foot oceanfront balcony is equipped with comfortable chairs and loungers, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a spray ground, kiddie pool, a teen center with Foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.

And, of course the beach! Two-and-a-half miles of secluded, semi-private beach literally ten steps from your door. Clean, quiet and undeveloped: You can walk the beach for hours, or grab your boogie board and head out into the waves.

With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.

About John Bennett and Elizabeth Bluemke

Hi, we're John and Elizabeth: Our family owns both Units 853 and 844 in beautiful Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock. Yes, it's a large family, and over the years we have discovered more and more people that seem to be related to us. It may have something to do with owing a vacation property in Florida.

The condominiums are both beautiful direct oceanfront apartments, and you can't go wrong with either one. We've spent time and sweat to make them into gorgeous living spaces. We love them. You will, too.

You have a gorgeous property. We truly enjoyed our stay. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a gorgeous view. Your place is spacious and functional and not overly large for just two people. My wife Donna appreciated the Master Bath. The grounds were clean, well maintained, safe, and peaceful. The new living room furniture was very comfortable (it also still had the new smell). The padded lawn furniture on the deck was appreciated also. We spent a fare bit of time on your 30 x 10 balcony.



Before our arrival we were unsure if you had a local phone, as everyone has a cell, or smart phone these days. We were glad you did, and made a couple of local calls using that phone. If not included in your comprehensive visitors guide you may want to include the number in the future. The local emergency numbers and local medical contact numbers were a great addition in the guide.



We watched cable TV and did not utilize NETFLIX or the other internet TV options. WIFI is a must and we used your fast connection on a daily basis. The only other thing we found missing was an alarm clock. Another small issue.



You were well stocked with cleaning supplies, garbage bags, bathroom tissue, and paper towel. You did not leave any basic condiments behind like salt and pepper, sugar, etc. We left some behind for the next guest. Kitchen was well stocked. High end coffee pot looked new. Plenty of glass and table wear. Could use a pan with a grate/grill for baking chicken or fish in the oven. Pretty small issue.



Local attractions and activities, I enjoyed the golf in the area and booked numerous tee times with GolfNow. Donna enrolled in an local arts class and took in a few of the Arts and Crafts shops. We were unlucky with the weather and temperatures were below normal for the period. This limited our beach time.



We have passed on glowing reviews to our friends and family.

Retired Teachers Getaway

We enjoyed the beautiful weather of Florida after enduring a particularly frigid, snowy winter. This condo was clean, lovely and well-furnished. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and didn't really hear or see all the motorcycles until we left the grounds in spite of the fact that it was Bike Week at Daytona. We loved the beautiful ocean views and cinnamon colored beach. John and Elizabeth had a nice guide for the area, although I would suggest a more detailed map of the Hammock/Cinnamon Beach area. The proximity to St. Augustine following A1A was great. We hated to leave the warm weather behind as we headed back home.

Terrific Condo

We journeyed from the cold, white North for a getaway with two other couples. John and Elizabeth's condo was just the ticket. They have done a terrific job of preparing a fabulous property and stocking it with everything needed for a delightful vacation. We were well cared for from the start. John and Elizabeth have put together a very complete guide for their renters that covers the condo, attractions in the area, and restaurant recommendations. We came back very refreshed and longing to return.

Three-generation family getaway

We loved this condo! It was spacious and comfortably furnished, clean and welcoming; more than adequate for our family consisting of two couples, one baby and one grandmother. We found everything we needed, from linens, towels and laundry facilities to every kitchen utensil we thought to want. As we did most of our own cooking and some baking, this was important to us.

The view from the balcony was perfect! We could always see the waves crashing on the sandy beach, whether at high tide or low tide. We loved the sound of the ocean; baby always went right to sleep. Being right on the ocean was huge for us; we walked on the beach every day. For swimming, the pool was a two-minute walk. On our first morning we saw the most beautiful sunrise, and on our last evening we had a full moon shimmering on the ocean.

We definitely hope to return, and my 82-year-old mother, who had never been to Florida and was not eager to leave home, is already asking whether we are going again next year.

Fantastic condo, fantastic view!

This condo is wonderful! It is so clean ( I can be on the particular side ), roomy, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Beautiful kitchen supplied with whatever you may need, you provide your own food, of course. We had a blast here. The walkway to the beach is right beside the condo. I worried about the pool not being close but 2 great pools are a VERY short walk away, would be just fine for little ones. This unit is the closest to the pools, so it is perfect. We had no problem checking in at the guard tower, took less than 2 minutes ( for real), and we were coming in late from Disney World. John and Elizabeth do a great job on informing you with every detail that you truly have no worries. We had no problems with anything, but they have people right there you can call if problems arise ( maintenance stuff,etc. ). Quiet, gated community, felt very safe. I wish I could just hang there for months at a time. This was the perfect "breather" we all needed from running the Parks at Disney World! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

"particular"... when it comes to cleaning as well. :) Honestly, we interviewed numerous local people to take care of cleaning and repairs in our absence, and Elizabeth kept saying "Nope... not good enough", "No, not enough attention to detail", "No... price is too low". That last one caused a lot of (muted) protests on my part, but she was right: Our cleaner/fixit-person/superwoman Ann Gordon is worth her weight in gold, and she is directly responsible for how well-maintained our condominium is. Thanks again, Meredith: It was a pleasure dealing with you and Brad.

We so enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach. The condo is amazing and has a great view. We personally enjoyed the NeoTV, as our little ones like to watch their shows on Netflix. John was wonderful to work with and easily accessible if needed. We definitley plan to return.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This condo is a beautiful, comfortable vacation home with comfy beds, a well furnished kitchen, porch furniture made for lounging, and all the equipment you need to play on the beach. When you open the door, the first thing you will see is the glorious expanse of ocean framed by the sliding doors, and the view is just fabulous. John and Elizabeth have made every effort to make guests feel welcome in their home, with soft bed linens, fluffy towels, and all the kitchen 'stuff' you will need. We had the privilege of watching the sunrise from the porch most days on our trip, and nothing is more glorious than seeing the sun come up over the horizon. We saw dolphins nearly every day, and plenty of seabirds, as well. We have rented vacation homes at Cinnamon Beach several times, and this has been the best experience we've had so far. We look forward to our next visit.
