3 bedroom lovely - typical Tuscany country well restoring and furnishing

”Albatrello” is little detached country villa in stone has been accurately restored : I just have used most of the old original materials, some of the walls have visible stones, beamed ceilings, floors in pastel colors. and I have built myself some of the pieces of furniture: I have found some objects in antiques markets in search for rarities...is a charming house full of atmosphere-located on a top hill between “Buchignano” and “Pieve” villages (Camaiore) in a quiet and sunny position, salted pool, surrounded by sweet hills and silver shining olive trees. - It is the perfect choice for a romantic or a family holiday too: you can enjoy a house completely immersed in nature where you can relax in the sun or having strolls ….at the same time you can quickly reach the long wild free Natural Park beaches or “Versilia” private beaches at only 15 km / 20 minutes by car -19 km from “Torre del Lago Puccini “Lake and its famous ““Opera”” alive summer season' - Historical towns.

  • Cancellation and early termination
    If the Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible:

    Termination
    - up to 49 days before rental period: 10 % of rental price
    - up to 35 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
    - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price
    - up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price
    - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price.

    The advertiser can thereafter let the property to someone else.

I went in this lovely house for the second year.
we are a family of 5 and we passed a nice holiday.
No differces between the advert and the real property and this is the ideal place for our holiday into the nature but not far from the main cities.
The swimming pool area is very nice and huge but the house area we prefere is the BBQ zone with wood oven where we tried to make pizza.
inside is similar to a museum of agriculture with many ancient equipment.
the only problem is the 3,5 meter width streat for reach the property.
