Executive Chalet Cottage, 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, (Sleeps 9)

Island Crest Chalet sits atop the rolling hillside and overlooks the picturesque Southwest River. The open-concept cathedral chalet has a 40' wall of windows and large deck that provides an eagle's eye view of the water.

The 5 acres surrounding the cottage will allow parents peace of mind and a safe haven for children to run and play. Another family favorite 'to do' is stroll to the water's edge for beachcombing, a swim or snorkeling adventure.

This PEI cottage rental has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9 in beds) and two bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen is complete with a spacious corner island and 3 bar stools for chatting with the chef or additional dining space. The large dining and living areas offer beautiful vistas of the river and sunsets while the 40' waterside deck expands your living space outdoors with deck furniture and a propane BBQ.

Island Crest Chalet is located a short drive from the heart of the Cavendish Resort, the beautiful white sand beaches of PEI, restaurants, shopping, antiquing and numerous world-class PEI golf courses. Additional amenities include: a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, television (satellite), DVD player, telephone, linens and towels. Bedroom configuration is as follows: Main floor - 1st bedroom (queen bed), second bedroom (queen bed - no photos because recently painted and new furniture installed), third bedroom (single over double bunk bed). One full bathroom on the main floor. Second floor bedroom (queen bed). The second floor bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, toilet and sink.

This is our first year advertising on VRBO. We have been providing Island Crest Chalet to Island visitors for years. There are reviews from our guestbook below.

Matthew is a well established Century 21 Real Estate Agent in Prince Edward Island. He was born and raised in the area and offers his expertise to many off-island clients each year.

Matthew and Alisha both spent their childhoods in fishing communities on Prince Edward Island. Both their parents earn a living from the fishing industry in PEI - fishing lobster, mackeral, herring and harvesting mussles.

We couldn't imagine ever leaving this area. It's a perfect location that offers so much - and the fresh seafood is amazing. Island Crest Chalet is very private, sitting on over 5 acres of land. The view is beautiful both day and night. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do.

50% Payment required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. 100% of the deposit will be refunded if 90 days notice is provided. Remaining 50% is due upon arrival. Also, a $500 cash Damage Deposit is required upon arrival and returned upon departure as long as the property is not damaged.
