Beautiful Florida villa set beside lake and conservation view

Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, fully air-conditioned home is furnished to a very high standard. It is set on the edge of a tranquil lake and conservation area with no rear neighbours. Our private swimming pool is south-facing and you can enjoy a leisurely swim and then relax on our luxury pool furniture. You can pass the time looking out for wildlife and you can even try and catch a fish. Then enjoy a leisurely breakfast or lunch before hitting the shops or parks.

On entering our home you walk straight into our formal lounge and dining area, where you can relax, read a book or just have a little quiet me time. This leads into our large open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and our separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. We also provide a high chair and push chair/stroller for babies. The kitchen looks onto the family room where you can relax and watch some TV, watch a film from our DVD library, play some games or read a book. You also get a lovely view of the pool and lake through the patio doors.
