Perfect place to really enjoy staying in NYC
I have only good things to say about this apartment and owner:
*The view is wonderful and the apartment has also a balcony which is really uncommon here in NYC, thus it was really appreciated.
*House is very well furnished with design pieces and it has the most comfortable sofa I have ever tried
* We found the house very clean (this never happened with my previous rents in NYC)
*Different subways are really close to the apartment and as they are different, they allow you to reach different areas easily
*The owner provided an excellent customer service and replied promptly to any requests and questions.
*The building has the laundry room, bike room and 24 doorman that make the place safe and comfortable
To conclude, this is the perfect place for truly enjoying NYC without any stress or difficulties related to the housing: I moved to NYC several years ago and this was the first place I stayed where I hadn't any problems apartment related and that I truly enjoyed living in. Highly recommended.
