This detached villa is situated in a residential cul-de-sac just 100m from the sandy cove of Cala En Forcat. On the ground floor, the living area is furnished with comfortable seating and table and chairs for family dining, with french doors out on to the pool terrace. The kitchen is well equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, Electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on this level is one twin bedroom and the Master Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the first floor is a triple bedroom with feature beams ceiling and shower room. The villa is furnished in a traditional Menorcian style and benefits from air conditioning throughout. Outside is a large covered terrace area with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool has roman steps for easier access and also benefits from a separate children’s section which has a barrier for safety. There is off road parking available at the property.
