Building has gym, conference room, kids room and swimming pool. It is a great place for vacation. Our tenants have an access to the hotel 'Newport beach side resort' and can use all facilities there as restaurants, additional pool and bar. Therefore there are

I had fantastic experience at this condo. Its rights on the beach, the condo is clean and stylish, there are restaurants and stores walking distance from the building. The condo is priced just right and is equipped with all the necessary things. Alina was a great host. Everything was done on time, all our needs were met. Would recommend this place for sure!

Very nice apartment, with an amazing view!

I would recommend a little bit more of maintenance, the rest is ok! It was nice renting to Alina, she responded always on time, and she looked for our satisfaction. The building is very good, the location excellent, nice beach but there is a pier under construction next to it, just a little bit of noise and workers movement. I plan to come back in a near future!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
