I'm the listing agent, Shanna Day, for 116 White Pine Canyon Rd. I am also their neighbor at 151 White Pine Canyon Road. This home was designed with so many details that the normal Joe would not think about ie., Ski - access for guests from 4 parts of the home. Separate garage access for guests. 3 complete kitchens and living areas that can all be locked off from each other for families, corporate retreats, guest quarters, maid quarters and the like. Construction was just completed last month (December 2012). Be ready to be wowed!
