I'm the listing agent, Shanna Day, for 116 White Pine Canyon Rd. I am also their neighbor at 151 White Pine Canyon Road. We have really enjoyed living and playing in The Colony (located inside The Canyons Ski Resort) Celebrities, and high profile figures love to rent these types of ultra luxury homes for the peace, security and unique and beautiful settings that they provide.

This home was designed with so many details that the normal Joe would not think about ie., Ski - access for guests from 4 parts of the home. Separate garage access for guests. 3 complete kitchens and living areas that can all be locked off from each other for families, corporate retreats, guest quarters, maid quarters and the like. Construction was just completed last month (December 2012). Be ready to be wowed!
