Located in corolla’s newest community, corolla bay, this beautifully decorated villa will be your vacation home away from home. Just built! Everything is brand, spanking' new! Corolla bay features a large community pool and recreation area and located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, you may not want to leave!

Ground level: offers a lovely queen bedroom with a 26' flat screen TV w/ DVD, a full bathroom and a rec room with a 42' flat screen internet ready TV and a Foosball table. Step outside and enjoy stargazing from the hot tub located in the courtyard.

Mid level: here you will find an exquisite king mbr with a 32' TV w/ DVD & deck access, a room that has a king & a 26' flat screen TV w/ DVD and a room with duo bunk with trundle & a 26' flat screen TV w/ DVD that share a full bath. You will also find the laundry area on this level.

Top level: enjoy family time in the beautifully decorated great room featuring a fireplace, 46' flat screen TV, blu ray player, surround sound and deck access. The cooks in your family will love the spacious kitchen/dining room. There is seating for everyone, including 4 stools at the raised kitchen bar. Rounding out this lovely villa is the half bath.
