Great downtown Charleston location

We were very pleased with our stay! There was fresh baked bread waiting for us when we arrived, and everything was extremely clean! The house is convenient to everything in downtown Charleston. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't move it again until we left town. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

We traveled with our family of 3 daughters and a son-in-law and had loved this house! The location was great and we felt very safe. The bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was large and clean. Mike had done his usual delish cookies and bread - nice touch! This was much better than the hotel we had planned to stay in. Will return here!

A Perfect Place in Charleston

We were 5 female travelers visiting Charleston for the 1st time. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to find such a lovely, spacious, clean home with so many bathrooms and every amenity - in a great location on a charming street, a block from the water and near everything we wanted to see.
Mike, the owner, was so nice and helpful, and even left home-made bread and cookies to welcome us upon our arrival. Southern hospitality is not a myth!

Six women rented this lovely townhouse for our annual get-together. The location was perfect for touring historic Charleston on foot. Many restaurants and sites were easily accessible. In fact, a walking tour we took ended one block from our house.
The place was prefect for our group. Mike C was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We arrived in Charleston on Sept. 18 to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday, we were there for one week....I would have loved to have stayed on longer. There were 6 of us to share expenses. Upon entering the townhouse, we were all so pleased, the photo's did not do the premises justice...everything was so lovely and so accommodating, much more that we could have wished for. Mike had freshly baked bread for us, what a nice gesture. We walked to most of the restaurants, bars and beautiful restored homes which we toured. All in all everything was pleasurable and in the evenings, we were always happy to return to our comfortable townhouse to relax. We especially enjoyed walking to the river park to enjoy the cool breezes. Thank you Mike, we enjoyed our stay and your wonderful southern hospitality.
