PRIVATE TORCH RIVER RETREAT A SHORT BOAT RIDE TO TORCH LAKE SAND BAR!

The open living room features a beautiful natural stone fireplace and sliding glass door which opens onto a deck just feet from river's edge and a few steps away from the dock. The living room features leather furniture for lounging on including a comfortable sleeper sofa. The opposite side of the room has a HDTV with surround sound, stereo & a blu-ray/DVD player.

The spiral stairway leads to the second floor which has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom over looks the river and features a Queen bed and private sink. The back bedroom includes a full bed, two twins and private sink. The third floor is accessed by a compact stairway and has a small bedroom to either side, it's a fairly tight space but affords awesome birds eye views of the surrounding scenery, it feel's like your own private tree house.

Outside the property is very private, bordered by dense trees on both sides which block the view of the neighboring properties. The property overlooks the Torch river natural area across the river. It as a great spot for bird and wildlife watching as well as beautiful sunsets over the trees. There is plenty of room for games and an evening around the fire in a private and relaxing atmosphere.

The boat dock is large enough to accommodate most boats and watercraft that are suitable for the chain of lakes. It is a no wake zone and you can dock your boat just a few steps from the front door.

You'll find plenty of parking on the property including a pad adjacent to the garage that's a good spot for parking a boat trailer or RV.

Its a wonderfully unique location where you'll feel like your away from everything while being right in the middle of the most beautiful waters in Michigan and within a quick drive to many great Up-North attractions.
