Enjoy our executive non-smoking lakeview home away from home! This havasu hacienda was recently updated throughout with a tasty Mexican flavor including new paint and new custom hand-made furniture. We asked Rosarito Mexico furniture maker Triny Hernandez to create one-of-a-kind furniture for us and for you for an enjoyable getaway experience. Everything in our home is nice, clean and just feels good.
The open split floor plan is great for you and your family and guests (or multiple families) with a dual masters/guest room as well as a large play room with bunk beds. Access the large covered patio and pool from one of the four sliding glass doors to the backyard. Enjoy the view of the lake with music poolside or you can lounge from the scenic rooftop view deck.
This is NOT a Spring Break party house.
Kitchen
Cook and mingle in our large open kitchen with many new items including: dishes, flatware, crock pot, coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, toaster oven and more!
Living room:
Relax on the comfy leather sofa and chair watching a movie from the library of dvds on the 52’ flatscreen hd tv with surround sound.
Master bedroom:
New mattress with hotel sheets on a custom made bed with a flat screen tv, walk-in closet, dual sinks, separate toilet and walk in shower. Sliding glass door accesses the backyard and pool.
Guest bedroom:
Has its own ¾ bathroom, with a wrought iron bed and new mattress with hotel sheets, walk in closet and flat screen tv on the opposite side of the house to the master bedroom.
Third bedroom:
Colorful hand carved twin beds with its own sliding glass door to the backyard.
Gameroom:
Got kids? Let them hang out in the large play/game room that has a flat screen tv, dvd player, bunk beds, 2 ceiling fans and its own sliding glass door to the backyard. Bring your gaming system and enjoy this separate space.
Backyard:
Large covered patio with ceiling fans, outdoor shower, infrared grill, beach shelf in the pool for relaxing in the water, fire ring, new pool deck, and roof view deck.
