Very private 2 bedroom/2 bath/2 car garage in deed restricted neighborhood (Sorrento South) with boatslip in marina. Screened lanai and nice large yard is a great setup for your upcoming vacation.

Drive or bike 4 miles to the beach, 2 miles to the grocery store. Enjoy shopping at the outlet mall & have a leisurely lunch at one of the many fabulous local restaurants.

Home is an open concept with 1500 sq ft of living space. NEW stainless steel appliances, NEW furniture throughout 50 inch flat screen tv in living room and 32 inch flat screens in both bedrooms. Ceramic tile in all rooms except NEW carpet in bedrooms. Master has king bed and second bedroom has queen bed.

Quiet street, good neighbors, short driving distance to the beach, shopping and GOLF.

Small pet okay.
