This luxurious apartment is situated in the heart of Rome in an old historical palace from XVI century between the Pantheon and Navona Square.

It is within walking distance of all major attractions, famous squares, restaurants, museums. An elegant entrance and marble staircase lead to the apartment on the first floor.

The apartment also has a system of heating and cooling, with the electronic control of moisture content, in the floor, which are old-style terracotta

The ceilings are spectacular with an average height of 5.80 m(decorated wooden beams). There are 2 separate entrances. It is extremely spacious and comfortable, great for families or small groups of friends. There are 6 very comfortable bedrooms with a king sized bedroom with a canopy bed, 4 bedrooms with queen sized bed and 1 with a queen size sofa bed; a modern kitchen with loft and sofa-bed, an elegant large dining/sitting room with television and 4 marble bathrooms with showers. Internet acces in every room.

Overnight accommodation tax in Rome
The fee is set to be applied as of 1st January 2011 and will be asked of anyone staying in every overnight accommodation inside Rome's boundaries, with the sole of exception of hostels, at the end of each stay.
Please note that the fee is also asked of anyone who has booked or paid for the trip through a travel agency or tour operator and therefore pays by presenting a voucher at the reception desk.
In the same way, as the grounds for the tax are not the general services provided by, for example, a hotel, but for overnight accommodation in the city, the fee is asked of anyone even where agreements stipulate exemption from payment of hotel bill ( for example: group guides, CITI tourist coach drivers, etc.).
Children under the age of 10 years are on the other hand exempt from payment.
