The house has a total of seven rooms,4 rooms with king size beds and 3 room with king size bed plus a double bed, private bath in each room, AC in all rooms, large kitchen & communal area. Staff lives in private home at back of property. Breakfast included, the staff can be included for cooking as full house rental. Best pool on the bay with a shaded area for kids and a swim up bar from big kids. Large yard and right on the sand. Local staff rents surf boards and give lessons. Guided fishing and sight seeing. Walking distance to several restaurants in Manzanillo Bay and Majagua.

About David Conell

I bought the property and built the home in 1997. I had been going to Troncones surfing since 1981 and it was a spot that I always dreamed of being when I was in school. The house went from being my house, to a B&B, to a hotel with a restaurant and back to a B&B. My wife and I (with are pack of children) live in Puerto Vallarta and come to the house as much as possible. As soon as the kids are done with school we will probably go full circle and live in the house again and run it as a B&B. The property is pretty magical if you like the beach, waves, mountains and being outside. We hope you enjoy the stay - we always do.

If you like the beach, it will be hard to find a nicer place with a better climate year around, a swimmable beach, warm water and a real old school Mexican fishing village.

What makes this house unique

We are in a small beach community with the ocean on one side and the mountain and jungle across the street. Down the street is the small fishing village of Majagua. Farm animals still roam our street most of the year more tha people do. If you want to kick it up a knotch - Ixtapa and Zihua are only 15 minutes away. I have traveled all over Mexico and have not been able to find a nicer spot.
