Comfortable, relaxing and family friendly is what you will get when you stay at Summerchase. This security patrolled, gated high-rise is located directly at the intersection of 161 and Perdido Beach Blvd, which puts you right at the heart of all of the Orange Beach excitement!

Unit 1206 is located on the 12th floor. This three bedroom, two-bathroom unit features its own fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and private Gulf front balcony.

The Master bedroom features a King size bed and private bath with a jacuzzi tub. There is also private balcony access from this bedroom. Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed and bedroom 3 offers two double beds. There is an additional full bath for convenience.

Summerchase is close to most all of Orange Beach's area attractions and walking distance to shopping and great local restaurants.

Don't forget to bring your laptop, this unit offers FREE wifi!!
