3 Bedroom, 2920 Sf, 3 Level Townhome Sleeps 6-10, 5 Decks!

Only 2 peak summer weeks left open! We've just finished renovating and are thrilled with the results! This 3-story townhome has loads of space and incredible oceanfront views. Perfect for family get-togethers, there is sleeping room for 10.

Making up the 1st level are the foyer, large laundry room, and huge Rec Room with slider facing out to the dunes. 3 comfy couches allow seating for 9 or more.

Have fun playing on the foosball and air hockey tables. Enjoy the huge flatscreen tv and fireplace that warms the whole room in off-season months.

A Queen Futon bed and full bath on this level also allow privacy for two of your guests.

The 2nd floor has a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, large table and an island for additional seating. There is an outdoor deck off the kitchen.

The adjoining living room boasts unparalleled oceanfront views and opens up to a large deck with deck furniture for lounging and dining while watching the waves roll in.

An oversized sectional couch also provides sleeping for 2 on this level with a full-sized pullout bed.

A gas fireplace in the living room will keep you cozy during those chilly winter and off-season months.

There is a Jack and Jill powder room connecting kitchen to living room on this level as well.

The 3rd floor consists of 3 bedrooms; the Master Suite opens up to a large deck overlooking the ocean. The adjoining Master Bath has double sinks, large shower and jacuzzi tub.

There are also a Queen and Two Twin bedroom on this floor, which share a large double-sink bath in the hall.

There is an additional 3rd floor deck which is accessible from both of these bedrooms.

A spiral staircase off of the Master Deck leads to a spacious 4th floor deck with an unbelievable panoramic view of the ocean.

We have owned and rented a six-bedroom home in Brigantine since 2003. We just acquired this beautiful oceanfront townhome Dec. 31, 2012 and are so excited about making some updates and sharing our new home with you!

Steps to the beach and spectacular ocean views from Family Room, Master Bedroom, and 4th floor decks. Brigantine is a 10 min drive or cab ride to Atlantic City where you can gamble, dine or see a show. Ripley's Believe It Or Not, IMAX theatre and Rainforest Cafe for the little ones. Then back to Brigantine for some quiet down time. It's the best of both worlds !

Condo Weekend Getaway

This past April 5th-8th, me and 9 of my friends rented this condo in Brigantine Beach. The condo was in immaculate condition. 3 Floors including a top roof that had breathtaking views. Only a 10 minute drive from Atlantic City. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a beach house or change of pace from the hotels and casinos. Only a 20 second walk to the boardwalk that leads you to the ocean.
My sales rep Nancy, was very knowledgeable and easily accessible. Any questions I had prior or during my visit we're answered rather quickly, being in sales myself - I find service to be one of the most important aspects. She also took the time to give me local numbers for cabs when I could've been ripped off from AC taxi's. The transaction was smooth and the lease agreement is fair for any condo rental.
I would recommend using this agency to anyone as I found it to be quick, responsive, honest and fairly priced. It was definitely a change of scenery/experience then what most are use to when going to A.C. A house with numerous flat screens, air hockey, and foosball left my friends occupied the whole time. I can only imagine how much better it would have been if it was summer weather, lol.
