Beautiful and cozy Coronado house with separate cottage

Quaint, warm and sunny Coronado House with its own large cottage in the back. Main house has distressed wood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace in the family room next to an open kitchen and A/C! also a sunny fenced front yard to enjoy Coronado any time of the year.

The Jacuzzi tub will warm you during cold days in the private rear courtyard

We loved the tree lined street and the cottage in the back which we use when friends and family visit us.

What makes this house unique

We are located just 2 blocks to the San Diego Bay, easy walk to nice whole food market and many restaurants. It is the quiet side of the island during the summer months, it is an easy walk to the ferry.

We also love the privacy of our back courtyard and our rear cottage for extra visitors.
