We are a family with 5 children and live in Laguna Beach. We love to travel and rent both homes when traveling.
We bought this house because it is so central to everything in Big Bear. There is so much to see and do in Big Bear and we wanted to be close to it all. We wanted to be on the lake with our own private dock but also be minutes away from The Village and the local ski resorts.
Being so close to everything will make your vacation so much more relaxing and enjoyable. You'll skip the driving and the traffic you'd have if you stayed further from town. You'll be close to all the best skiing, shopping, restaurants, galleries, community events, grocery stores, and nightlife. You won't have to contend with the traffic or congestion like you would in other areas of Big Bear.
Oh, did I mention the house was lakefront?!
