The apartment is in the first floor of a tenement directly beside the underground station Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz and has sleeping accomodations for 8 people. Very quiet sleeping-rooms. Big eat-in kitchen with seats for 8 people, microwave-oven, fitted kitchen, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher. The living room is provided with tv, dvd-player, telephone, fax, pc incl. internet for free.

Die Beschreibung entspricht exakt der Realität. Schön renovierte Wohnung in einer Gegend, die noch renovierungsbedürftig ist. Dies führte zu Geräuschbelästigungen ab 1/2 8 Uhr mit lauten Bohrgeräuschen aus der Nachbarwohnung. Ansonsten trotz zentraler Lage absolut ruhig. Zur U-Bahn nur wenige Meter, auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst ist gepflegt und nach praktischen Gesichtspunkten ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm ist die Ausstattung mit Geräten jeglicher Art (Geschirrspüler, 2xTV, DVD-Spieler, Stereoanlage und einem PC mit Internetanschluss). Wer zentral und verkehrsgünstig wohnen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, weshalb die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden kann.

Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie ist sehr groß, sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist super: Sehr zentral und trotzdem überraschend ruhig! Eine U-Bahn-Station ist direkt vor dem Haus und der Prenzlauer Berg mit einer Reihe netter Restaurants und Kneipen ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

wir waren mitte september '08 zu viert in der wohnung und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. man braucht max. 10min zum alexanderplatz, dort sind mehrere clubs anzutreffen (für die jüngeren leute), einkaufsmöglichkeiten & restaurants sind auch wirklich gute in der nähe und schön.
die wohnung an sich ist groß, im mediteranen flair eingerichtet und es war auch alles sauber und gepflegt.
insgesamt wirklich perfekt für berlin (besser als hotel!)
