It is located in the exclusive Shore Villas, a 3-story, 33-unit condominium located closer to the pristine no-drive beach than most other complexes in New Smyrna Beach.

The unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably, with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and a brand-new very-comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms enjoy new bedding, new flat screen televisions - 32-inch in the master bedroom and 24-inch in the second bedroom - and breathtaking views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Let the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep each night and wake you up each morning! About Jessica

We purchased this slice of paradise in August 2012 and have quickly fallen in love with New Smyrna Beach and Shore Villas Condominiums. It's an extremely friendly, family-oriented, quiet complex on a pristine stretch of the no-drive section of the beach. Our only regret is that we can't spend more time enjoying it ourselves so we want to share it with you!

The owner takes great pride in offering a very beautifully decorated and well-kept condo which provides you everything you'll need for a spectacular beach vacation. Perfectly located with lots of fun things to do in the area. As the other reviewer stated, the beach is never too crowded. This beach is one of the nicest beaches I've visited. Night-time or early morning walks were so gorgeous and relaxing. I love the city of New Smyrna Beach and will definitely visit often and stay in this same condo. I recommend it highly.

What a GREAT condo!

We just returned from a fabulous week at this lovely condo in New Smyrna Beach. The pictures and listing are accurate. Such a beautifully appointed and maintained unit. The pool was convenient and heated. The owner was prompt and very helpful. She even gave me directions to the nearest grocery. Very helpful when you have no idea about an area. She has everything you'll need for a beach vacation - beach towels, beach chairs and we left a boogie board. Beautiful view with gorgeous sunrises. The location is great. So many things to do within about an hour. Plus, it's a small condo complex, only 33 units, so there is plenty of space on the beach. I would definitely recommend it. We did see 3 small sharks one day. Kind of cool, kind of scary.

We enjoyed meals at JB's Fish Camp, PJ's Sea Shack and Chase's on the Beach. All very good.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
