The Ellicottville Estates can accommodate groups of 8 to 20 people. The property is located at the Holimont ski resort, 5 minutes to holiday valley ski resort and less than a mile from downtown Ellicottville. This very unique and updated property provides all of the amenities for a great vacation.

The Aspen Chalet features 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. A large yard features a hot tub, grill and two large decks.

Fun times-weddings,reunions,graduations,retreats,skiing trips, golf trips, ladies weekend get-aways.

My group of 6 stayed here March 19 -21. Met all our needs. Just like the photos on the ad. Could almost walk to Holimont. Hot tub was great. Property clean and well maintained. Drew the owner was very quick to respond to our questions. No need to eat out as place had two BBQs and all the equipment. Snowed at least 6" during our stay and snow clearing was quick first thing in morning.Would recommend for a good ski trip stay.

The house was beautiful, well maintained, and a great location. We had a large group and the house fit everyone. The area is great and there is so much to do. Great view of the ski resort. Would highly recommend this location for anyone/ group of people.

This place worked out great for our large group. We had 9 kids and 8 adults with room to spare. The owner was helpful with our questions upon arrival. We will definitely book again!
