New construction, high-end finishes, 3-50' HD plasma TVs, chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, steam bath, surround sound, Comcast cable and high speed internet, private patio, superb location, 3 blocks from Wrigley Field, 2 blocks from El train, 4 blocks from Lake Michigan on tree-lined street. 1 garage parking spot included.

We have applied for our vacation rental license and are only taking reservations for 30 nights or more.

A great rental find in the heart of Wrigleyville. 4 beds and 3 baths over two floors is the perfect size, plus the amenities were top notch. The location was great (my group did not have a car) - two blocks to the Belmont station, and three blocks to Wrigley. I will definitely want this rental the next time I'm back in town.

This place was perfect for a large group, and an incredible 2 floor condo. The location in Lakeview/Wrigley is close to a lot of great Chicago landmarks and restaurants. The finishes in this condo were incredible. Surround sound throughout, 3 large flat screen TV's, a steam room shower in the master bath etc. The downstairs area with a wet bar, couches and a large TV made for a great place to watch sports. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new appliances. Everything was in perfect condition and clean. Both the management associate and the landlord were incredibly easy to work with and honest. I would highly recommend this place for a large group (or a small group, depending on your price point) looking to stay in Chicago.
