Fantastic waterfront vacation home in Cape Coral, Florida; less than five minutes by boat from our backyard dock to the Caloosahatchee River that leads to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Ft. Myers Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

This home has a spacious master bedroom suite with a wonderful view of the sail boat canal. Cathedral ceiling with large kitchen, great room & relaxation room. Tile floors throughout, except bedrooms which are carpeted. Enjoy outdoor living right from the relaxation room with panoramic views of the canal opened to the covered patio and pool area.

Beautiful screened in patio/deck with outdoor swimming pool. Very nice covered patio area with furniture - keeps you out of the sun if you prefer, but close to the pool, just in case you want to take a quick swim. Outdoor grill for cooking by the pool area. Directly behind the house is 120 feet of canal frontage with a sitting/sun area on the dock. Good fishing right off of our dock! You can rent a boat on our canal from Paradise Boat Rental Co. (additional fee) & be out on the river in less than 5 minutes and in the Gulf of Mexico in no time!!

We highly recommend complementing your stay with our boat rental option. The boat rental company can also arrange boating lessons with a licensed boat captain for a small additional fee.

Close to golf and great fishing right off our large boat dock! Great restaurants, shopping & Miromar Outlets mall are close by.

This home is located on a quiet street in the BEST neighborhood of Sailboat access homes around “Cape Harbor”, “Tarpon Point Marina” and 'Yacht Club' Gulf Access homes in Cape Coral. You will love this home and its location and we are sure you will want to return year after year as many of our guests have!

The house was not as advertised. Pool NOT heated, repairs required throughout, crawling with ants, muriatic acid left in plain sight. The landlord is not trustworthy at all!
