Beautiful townhouse with gulf and beach views from your balcony! Beach is just steps from the townhouse!No busy street to cross and townhouse is located in the west end of the complex by the beach away from the street! Newly renovated with brand new king size beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms, all new linens, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a meal if you decide to dine in. Fresh paint, new carpet and tile. Two full baths one downstairs and the one upstairs which has been completely redone. New windows and brand new ac/heat unit. Full size washer and dryer. Loft area includes brand new pull out couch with a memory foam mattress topper, flat screen tv, board games & playing cards for the young and the adults...Great area for the kids! All you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys and an umbrella! Walking distance to a great sandwich shop, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream shop and bars!

We have always loved Indian Rocks Beach and have vacationed here often when we found this property it met all our wants...beach right outside our door no roads to cross for our child, heated pool, balcony with beautiful views and walking distance to everything especially the nightly ice cream run! We love the townhouse space of this property, large bedrooms and a cozy beach feel!

Indian Rocks Beach is located on the west gulf coast of Florida just 30 minutes from Tampa Airport. The surrounding area includes little beach communities on either side of Indian Rocks Beach ending with St. Pete Beach to the North and Clearwater Beach to the South. Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful community with restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops all within walking distance from the townhouse. Or you can use the available trolley service that runs up and down the beaches with a convenient trolley stop right outside the complex. Miles of white sandy beach for you to walk. Beautiful gulf waters to swim. Disney World is just 90 minutes away and Busch Gardens is a local attraction. Largo Golf Course less than two miles away.

We were guests at this Seaside Villas townhome from 4/27/13 - 5/4/13. What a wonderful property! As the property description states, it is a totally renovated with wonderful amenities. Beautifully decorated and exceedingly comfortable. You literally don't need to take anything with you but your bathing suit! There are beach umbrellas, chairs, and beachtowels and you have all the comforts of home. Just steps to the beach and you can also enjoy the heated pool. There are many wonderful restaurants that we visited and some within walking distance. Coffee on the lanai in the morning and a glass of wine to watch the sunset made for a perfect day. We loved our time there and hope to return next year! Maybe sooner!

Relaxing and Beautiful Place

Thanks for one of the most relaxing vacations that we have had. We had a wonderful time with our Grandchildren and daughter. You thought of everything. The town home was newly repainted and very clean. We felt right at home. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to stay that is close to many great things. Thanks for helping us to make some more wonderful spring break memories with our children.

This was the perfect vacation getaway. The townhouse was in perfect condition. The colors and decor was welcoming and beach orientated. The owner thought of every detail a family on vacation would need. Beach toys, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. All were in perfect shape. We have stayed at other condos and they say they have beach chairs,etc but we find them rusty and broken and umbrellas broken too. These were all in working clean condition. The townhouse had a tv in every bedroom and many games and books for children. This is a nice quiet community and very family friendly. I would recommend this townhouse condo to everyone. Wonderful..warm...welcoming home away from home.

WONDERFUL!

This vacation was one of my best, so relaxing, beautiful home, everything had such a personal touch including all the beach necessities for everyone. The owners were great and very helpful with any questions we had. Five of us went and there was plenty of room and sleeping area for all of us gals! We are already talking about our next trip there!
