My husband and I love riding motorcycles and live in Tennessee. I have been visiting West Palm Beach since 2010 and fell in love with the city and this neighborhood in particular. We have a large family (9 grandchildren to date) and love spending as much time with them as possible.
The house is 2 miles from Palm Beach International Airport, 1/2 mile from I95, and two blocks off Flagler Drive/Intercoastal. Singer Island is a short 15 minute drive and has a terrific public beach adjacent to the Marriot Resort. City Place/Clematis Street is 1 1/2 miles from the property and is a great place to shop, go to a movie, or dine at some fabulous restaurants.
I fell in love with this neighborhood the first week I was here. I like the activity surrounding the house; the train going by, the planes from Palm Beach International taking off and landing, and all the people in the neighborhood walking and working in their yards. The house is so close to everything so finding something different to do has never been an issue.
