About david simpson
Noel, a Southern California native, and a PHD, had a successful entrepenurial career coaching public speaking; and other related specialties. David, a BSME-Iowa-1964, did sales work for GE within the Utility Power Generation Industry, before acting out a locational preference to live in Denver, practicing RE in Denver for decades.
Noel has been a disciplined daily swimmer since childhood; also she has done various forms of art related painting, studied perfumes and colognes, and Noel is a serious practioner of her spiritual faiths.
David is a recreationalist, generally, and has become quite knowledgeable about certain aspects of the golf swing while working on the technique playing both ways; meaning while swinging both right and left handed.

Why david simpson chose Rancho Mirage
Noel and David had previously enjoyed seven years living within another phase of Tennis Villas; but David, being a very knowlegeable about such matters recognized a profoundly rare reisidence, a true one of a kind, possessing an exceptional bundle of int/ext features; especially as pertains to the setting, orientation, shading, views, foreground, background, and spacial separations.
What makes this condo unique
Often, our visitors gasp, apparently as a reaction to the superlative visual impressions pounced upon their unprepared countenace; possibly due to many aspects of our special overall site/unit presentation. We usually just watch them act out their reactions as we hope they feel comfortable to openly express. Often we end up having to say, 'Gee whiz, do you really think so? Nice of you to say.'
Also, we will often remark about the extensive rear deck shading which occurs due to the three mature Eucalyptus trees which are perfectly aligned in the manner by which the sun's arc of travel crosses overhead; with respect to significant portions of our rear deck, such occurring during every morning and well into the early afternoon.
This preciously rare soothing and cooling affect is a priceless amenity; because 95% of the low desert sites lack this amenity. Hey, what good is a supposedly nice deck/patio setting if there is severely blinding glare and/or torturous punishing sunlight burning your skin, thus causing even the determined deck/patio sitters to quickly retreat back within the more tolerable interior of their unit.
We do care very much about being sensitive and supportive owners and our goal is to enable our guests to realize a positive and enjoyable experience while briefly living within the midst of one of our precious homes.
