Quite Gated Community in West Phoenix / Avondale / Glendale area. Our condo is a fully furnished condo, quite balcony perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are in a great location, close to lots of golf courses, Coyotes hockey, Cardinals football, several spring training baseball venues and the Nascar racetrack, many excellent choices of restaurants or stay in and cook at home, exciting night life, shopping and tourist destinations. Gym, Swimming pool and Hot Tub, come and enjoy the warm weather and relax.

Plush pillow-top mattresses in both bedrooms (King & Queen size) assure you're going to sleep like a baby on this vacation.

This place was awesome!! It is a great location for shopping, restaurants, sight seeing and spring training ball games. The house was exactly like the description. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The complex and pool area are very well maintained. We will definately consider this place again when we come back to Phoenix. Dan was great to work with.

Wonderful condo, excellent value!

Dan & Karen were great hosts, and made us feel right at home. The condo was very well-appointed and comfortable, and the complex was lovely. We enjoyed chatting with other residents in the spa at the end of each day. This was a great base for golf, ball games, sight-seeing, and shopping. All this helped to make our first visit to Arizona unforgettable, and one we look forward to repeating soon. We would definitely recommend this place to friends!
