1 bdrm/2 ba, sleeper sofa & sleeper chair in living area. Boat dock included.

Ground floor condo, just steps to lakeside. Great view, lovely cove. Conveniently located on 70 W., just off of by-pass. Easy access to OAKLAWN RACE TRACK. Restaurants and miniature golf close by. Magic Springs Water & Theme Park just minutes away.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while watching the evening sunset. Grill out on the gas grill on the patio or check out KJ's Grill for a great hamburger, steak or fish or Hawg's Pizza (best pizza in town). Both right down the road.

The lake is great for sailing, kayaking, water skiing, and tubing. Find one of the many lake coves for swimming or swim right out your back door in a great quiet cove.

Our Historic downtown offers boutique shopping, great restaurants (try the blueberry pancakes at the Pancake House or Colonial Pancake...yummy), hot springs baths, massages and facials as well as some great pubs and music venues.

Our condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is in a 20 unit complex with plenty of parking. If you have had enough of the sun and outdoors, relax with a movie on Dish satellite tv, enjoy the local movie theatre or the local playhouse.

About Owner/Manager

We are Kevin and Claudia and built our home on Lake Hamilton in 2004 for future retirement. We currently live in El Dorado, AR but travel to Hot Springs every chance we can. We have 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren that all enjoy the lake and boating activities. We love Hot Springs! It is big enough to offer restaurants and recreational activities and small enough to avoid traffic jams. The downtown is charming and quaint and home to the oldest federal reserve in the USA, Hot Springs National Park. You can shop, be pampered at one of the Bath Row spas, then enjoy a nice dinner out. AND OF COURSE...the lake. It is all about fishing, boating and recreation. There is nothing like waking to a sunrise on the lake and enjoying the evening sunsets as well.

Hot Springs is a beautiful area and home to Lake Hamilton. It has a very active art scene with a downtown featuring Arkansas artists, many local to Hot Springs. We began vacationing here after moving to El Dorado in 1992 from out-of-state. We loved it so much that we decided to make it our retirement home, though retirement is still a short time away. You can choose quiet lake life or a vibrant downtown scene, all in one day.

What makes this condo unique

LOCATION! Just off of the 270W by-pass on Airport Rd., lake front on a great cove with views and a great swimming area.We have furnished this condo to be comfortable for our vacationing guests. It has a well equipped kitchen, a gas grill on the lakefront patio, hairdryers in the bathrooms, towels and linens, dish satellite tv, soap, shampoo and other personal touches.

Anniversary Weekend Away

We really enjoyed our stay here for our wedding anniversary weekend. The location was perfect. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock which is right outside the door. And you can't beat breakfast on the patio enjoying the breeze. The condo is convenient to town. And there is plenty to do around town. We enjoyed the Promenade downtown, hiking to the Observation Tower, and touring the Garvan Woodland Gardens. It was the perfect getaway weekend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

This was our first time visiting Hot Springs and I will come back only if I can stay here. The location was perfect, not to far from everything but far enough to still relax. The photos are exactly what you see in person. Really nice and clean, I loved the little add things you did to the condo. I never really sleep good away from my house, but I fell asleep has soon has my head hit the pillow. I would recommend this place and already have to anyone. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your condo. You will hear from us again on our next trip to Hot Springs.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

This condo was perfect!  Great location, a very short drive to the track and several good restaurants.  Lake Hamilton is only a few steps from the back door.  Very tastefully decorated, has everything you need for your stay. Owners are great to work with.  I highly recommend you consider this property and owner in your travels to Hot Springs!

Great Condo

The pictures of this condo are right on. It is a beautiful condo, very clean and well supplied. The only negative are the steps leading down to the condo, they are fairly steep. I would stay here again without a second thought. The owners are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We were here to go to the races but if you are here for the lake you only need to take a few steps to the dock. And sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine watching the sun set is highly recommended. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks Claudia.
