Great family retreat in a safe and quiet neighborhood with community pool, located just 1 mile from beach where free parking is available. This brand new 4BR/3BA home sleeps 11 with one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, a bunk bed with trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. The MBath features a whirlpool tub. All bedrooms and the living/family room are equipped with ceiling fans and large flat screen HD TVs with DVR capability. This family retreat also includes wireless Internet service, full-size w/d, iron/ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, bicycles (3 adult (including tandem) and 5 child), 2 sets of golf clubs (1 male, one female) and an inside (garage) shower for washing off after a day at the beach.
