Just purchased in January of 2013! First month in use will be February. Brand new furnishings, stainless steel appliances as well as 3 HD LCD TVs. (42' HDTV LCD in main living area) You are entitled to all of the amenities as a resident of The Villages. Included with our rental is a two passenger Night Drivable Golf Cart, The Villages temporary ID cards for 2, Cable TV with DVD player,DVR, WIFI, indoor laundry room and so much more.

Our home is located in the Villages of Sumter in The Eleanor Villas. We are just minutes from the new Town Square of Brownwood Paddock. We are blocks away from the community pool and two minutes from Evans Prairie Country Club.

Our home shows like a model home, beautifully decorated, fully furnished with full kitchen and bath accessories and brand new washer and dryer. It has been professionally landscaped with a private courtyard.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was tastefully decorated, spotless amd fully furnished.
Any questions we had were answered either by the booklet the owner had prepared and left in the property, or by a phone call to the owner. Golf cart was included as well as members IDs.
We enjoyed;Brwonwood and its Farmers Market and dining at Evans Prarie Country Club.
Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
