Superb Location, nice furnishings, great view

I had stayed at this complex before in another unit, but this unit BEATS the other one by far! The owners have done a good job with refurbishing, decorating, and stocking that kitchen with good quality stuff (i.e.coffeemaker, sharp knives, 3 cutting boards, high end cookware, lots of plates, glasses...). Cooking in that kitchen and feeding 6 teens was no problem for us! Then moving on to the bedrooms..the beds were comfy, the towels were plush, and the linens were good quality. The bottom floor bedroom was well configured with 2 queen beds and a huge TV- great for the teens!! The bunk room was perfect for the younger ones and was cutely decorated. The rooftop chairs were elevated and made for perfect viewing of the ocean while sipping our morning coffee, or evening cocktail. And thanks for the bikes and other toys provided in the garage, that was really handy. You can't beat this location with proximity to the beach, restaurants you can walk to, and also it was a 1.5 miles from a local kennel where we kept our puppy to be close to us. Grayton, Watercolor, Seaside and Destin are just miles away. The owners were great to deal with, prompt with their replies, and even called us upon arrival to check in on us. We hope to be back and enjoy this place again!
