Photos and Description of the Bonaire vacation apartment rental

Groundfloor apartment located on Bonaire’s Playa Lechi Beach in a small complex built in Bonairian style. Free internet WiFi, storage for diving equipment and rinsing tanks. Views of the ocean and Klein Bonaire Island.

The air-conditioned apartment features a furnished terrace with pool and sea views. There is a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, CD and DVD player. It has 2 bathrooms, and there is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a tropical garden surrounding the buildings and at the back there is a private parking. The pool is of a fair size, built in a free shape.

A well-known Dutch stylist decorated these apartments.

Additional information about rental rates

Upon confirmation of your booking we request a ‘good-faith’ deposit of 20% of the total charges.
Remaining balance (80%) to be settled 4 weeks before arrival.
Fees And Taxes Tourist tax is extra $6.50 per person per night (children 15 and under excluded).
The water/electric utilities ARE also included in the rate. Due to the high costs of such usage on the island,we have been forced to set such usage within reasonable limits ($15.00 US Dollars per night) unless described otherwise at the object information. If this amount is exceeded (example- leaving the airco/air conditioning units on all day while not utilizing the balance should be paid.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

This very nice apartment is absolutly recommend for a nice vacation.
Beautiful view at the caribbean sea, directly in the front of your apartment.
Also we had a lovely nice pool in the front, good internet, nice kitchen and greate bedrooms.
Close to the center, so you can walk to the restaurants and shops.
