This modern home has been completely remodeled and updated with comfortable furnishings, state of the art electronics and beautiful decor. Great for entertaining, it has been highly upgraded. Cathedral ceilings, hickory hardwood floors and 18'' Italian tile span the entire home. Please note: These pics do not represent the most recent upgrades of hardwood flooring throughout the second story (all carpeting has been removed) stainless steel kitchen appliances, crystal chandeliers, remodeled 4th bedroom, den, vanity bathroom and new dining room table that seats eight.
The master bedroom with California king bed is located on the first floor with a 50'' Samsung TV and Blue-ray. The spacious master bathroom has separate bathtub/shower, with two sinks and vanity. The master bedroom walks out into the tropically landscaped backyard pol and Jacuzzi. The blackout curtains keep the sunlight completely out during the day if desired.
The fully enclosed pool area with tall stocker concrete walls offers maximum privacy while chilling in the pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi. Enjoy dining outside with the BBQ and relax in the cabana area with sofa and lounge chairs.
Three guest bedrooms are located on the second story with comfortable queen sized mattresses and 40 inch LED TVs with a Roku streaming box set for Netflix, Hulu, Youtube and 1000 other channels. If approved and arranged in advance, a 5th queen bed can be set up for an additional sleeping area.
The kitchen is completely equipped for all your cooking needs. You also have access to the backyard from the kitchen if you decide to dine outside, there also is a dining area.
The family room with white leather sofa and loveseat and mahogany dark wood furniture features a 58'' Samsung 3D TV with blue-ray DVD, Samsung airtrack soundbar with bluetooth capability for your smartphone and iPod/CD stereo system. There is high definition digital cable TV with high speed wireless access throughout the home. The family room has a gas fireplace for those winter evenings. There is also a separate formal living room located at the entrance of the home.
Private laundry facilities and plenty of linens and towels are provided for your use. There is a vanity bathroom with an additional shower located on the main level as well as the game room with air hockey and electronic dart board.
There is parking in the garage for one car as well as overnight street parking directly in front of the home if needed, please arrange so there is a maximum of 2 cars parked on the street overnight. This home is located in a safe and secure non-gated community. The surrounding area has many nice restaurants and retailers for shopping and dining out.
Please note these are non-holiday standard rates listed. Holidays such as Memorial/Labor day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas & NYE have specific rates depending on your time frame. A thirty one day minimum stay is usually required but in certain situations we can arrange a shorter term reservation if approved in advance. Please inquire about your specific dates to receive a customized quote. Discounts may apply for leases of 3 or more months.
This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. This home is pet and smoking free. Absolutely no large parties, small gatherings are okay during the day.

This home is designed for guests who would prefer the privacy and spaciousness of a single family home rather than staying in a hotel.
Located in northwest Las Vegas in a the master planned community of Summerlin which is a top notch homeowners association that keeps the neighborhood clean and safe. There is quick access to the freeway to the strip and the this area is closer to Red Rock canyon and Mount Charleston than other areas of Vegas or Henderson.
