Our vacation apartment offers beautiful bamboo floors throughout, travertine bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom recessed lighting, huge bright windows and so much more. Fully stocked with kitchenware's, bathroom essentials, cable, WiFi, and comfortable bedding for 6...you will be coming back again and again!

The courtyard provides us with a sparkling pool, comfy furniture for tanning, dining and entertaining, as well as a BBQ grill and gardens for pure outdoor enjoyment.

We can provide you with services like in-room massage, special concierge services, personal assistance, floral deliveries, airport transportation and more. Services available at an addition fee.
About George Carter & Charles Patton

My partner and I have been managing and maintaining this amazing property on our own now since 2010. We have found so much pleasure and meaning in nurturing a community of 22 incredible, unique and comforting neighbors. We have completely changed the way the building looks, feels and even functions! We are so proud of the camaraderie our residents have and the compassion they feel for each other. Every guest we have hosted (whether it be for days or years), has always been so happy with their experience among the charming gardens, cozy grounds, warm people and quality management of our home.

Loved staying in this beautiful little condo! My wife And two kids had plenty of room and the furnishings were so nice, the beds were comfy and it was stocked with everything we needed! We loved being able to use the BBQ at the pool as well and the owners and residents were all very friendly and helpful! We bought annual passes for sea world so I can't wait to go back and stay here again!

A Home Away From Home

My husband and I spent a month in this wonderful apartment; our adult daughter joined us for a week. It's location was not far from our other daughter's home, and only a 5 to 10 minute drive to Balboa Park and downtown San Diego. We also enjoyed exploring the North Park neighborhood. The kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped. The property was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The manager was very responsive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the outside pool area which was nicely landscaped. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who needs a short term rental in San Diego.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Great Stay!

I rented this place for a few days for my family and they loved it....the complex is a little oasis and George was a pleasure to work with! The only con is that it can be difficult getting street parking later in the day but overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home in San Diego!

The property was clean and well maintained, the rental was immaculate even with our last minute booking.

Owner is very friendly and helpful, which was nice since this was our first ever vacation rental. They even accept credit cards which made payment easy.

The four post bed was amazingly comfortable, probably one of the most comfortable beds I've every slept in.

The kitchen was nicely stocked, however the frying pans were showing significant wear to the non-stick surface. Everything else seemed in good condition.

No on site parking, so there's a bit of a street parking shuffle. The farthest we had to park was about a block away.

The location's pretty good. It's a couple blocks to the #7 bus line that goes to Balboa park & downtown. There's a farmer's market a few blocks West on Thursdays. North Park is a moderate walk or a short drive--but the parking there can be difficult. In North Park there's plenty of dining and coffee.

It was too cold (January) to make use of the pool, so I imagine this place is even nicer in the spring/summer.

I'd definitely stay again.
