Fantastic stay in an excellent Mesa condominium complex.

Our Thoughts on the Condo.
As a photographer, we relied heavily on the photos of a condo and and the complex to be properly identified in the listing. This property met those expectations and we were extremely pleased with our stay. I know the owners newly acquired this property in January 2013 and it was painted and furnished at that time, so we had no real concern for the quality of the condo. The furnishings and beds were comfortable, the layout was fantastic, especially as a family of three with our daughter bringing a friend. The two bedrooms operated as 2 masters both with ensuites, with lots of privacy for all.
The decoration was tasteful, clean and welcoming.
Communication with Owner
The correspondence with Georgina was always very smooth and she was excellent to deal with. All correspondence was prompt, courteous, informative and accurate. We received our damage deposit cheque back within a week of our stay, which was fair as well.
The Complex
We thought the Solana complex was very well maintained, quiet, well located between many major malls, restaurants, and attractions, including the Apache Trail. The pools were clean without a chemical smell, the BBQ's were available and usually in good working order. (one night there was no propane in one, but no big deal, there was another one available).
Our daughter and her friend loved the big open green space with volleyball net. They spent lots of time enjoying the field, playing and hanging out.
Suggestions
These are really minor and I can also understand we are one of the first families to rent this unit. Our one thought would be the pantry and refrigerator, I definitely don't expect a stocked pantry, however my suggestion and as we did while we were there, is leaving the essential normal food items around. Now we understand that there may not have been much as we were among the first users, however we did leave in the pantry, coffee, sugar, pancake mix and syrup, spices and other items we may have required and were not found. This is not a criticism, but more of a courtesy for other renters to also consider. We left more toilet tissue that what was there when we arrived, and we might have left a kitchen gadget or two. I also do understand that not all renters will replenish or replace what is used up, but I would like to think that the majority would care enough to do so.
THANK YOU for a fantastic stay, we will definitely return for another visit.

Thank you for doing such a thorough review of our quality of home, complex and ammenities. We are happy you found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the furnishings and decor that we ourselves chose for our home.
In regards to the pantry we find this a tough one to gage. We did put salt, pepper and sugar in the unit. We just recently stayed in a VRBO in Florida and they had absolutely nothing. My guess is the fear of attracting any insects as well as people's preference of not utilizing other people's groceries were the reasons for not having any food items. We do however think that spices are a great idea so will denifately look at increasing these!
Once again we appreciate the feedback as we try to make our home the very best for all of our guests!
